From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each weekday our phones are answered by our staff of customer care representatives. Weekends and evenings we have an answering service that will put you in touch with our technician on call.

Ask us about our annual preventative maintenance agreement. For a nominal fee you can have your equipment tuned up, 15% off any repairs that are needed and no overtime charge. Also if you relocate, your agreement is transferable. Properly maintained equipment can lower utility bills, extend equipment life, and reduce repair bills.

With our ProKare repair plan you can finally have complete peace of mind that your home system is protected. The cost to repair your furnace, air conditioner, or water heater can be costly. By enrolling in our ProKare repair plan, you won't spend an excessive amount of money to keep your covered equipment running. When you pay a yearly fee, all covered equipment will be repaired at no charge to you (up to $400.00 per occurrence)!
